10月30日，上海产研院与韩国数据库振兴院共同主办“上海产业技术研究院大数据标准化专家委员会成立大会暨中韩学术研讨会”。上海产研院院长钮晓鸣、韩国数据库振兴院院长李永德出席会议，并为“上海产业技术研究院大数据标准化专家委员会”揭牌。韩国数据行业协会前任会长孙杉秀、复旦大学计算机科学技术学院院长王晓阳、万达信息股份有限公司副总裁李光亚等中韩专家参加会议。

会上，钮晓鸣表示，产研院大数据标准化专家委员会的成立得到了韩国相关机构及上海一批高校的大力支持。专委会将通过组织开展学术交流，借鉴国际先进的标准经验，为我所用，从而建立国际化、开放的、领先的大数据标准组织，引领上海乃至全国大数据标准工作步入国际先进行列。同时，专委会志在数据领域搭建科研和产业之间的桥梁，从而推进中国企业在先进水平上做强做大。

李永德表示，阿里巴巴、百度等一批中国企业已在全球数据产业中扮演重要角色，中国政府也已发布了关于大数据发展的战略性政策，这对于中国大数据产业发展至关重要。韩国数据库振兴院成立的目的就是为韩国相关产业的数据质量、数据安全等提供支撑，并已取得一定成果。此次与产研院合作建立大数据专家委员会，将为进一步推进中韩数据产业化及数据标准工作发挥作用。

研讨会上，韩国数据库振兴院林成埈部长阐述了数据质量相关ISO标准化动向，国家信标委大数据标准组成员宋俊典博士介绍了中国大数据标准情况，韩国WareValley 研究所所长朴德洙介绍了大数据质量管理技术。

据悉，大数据相关标准是目前国内外研究热点，韩国方面起步较早，已探索形成了一定的大数据标准经验，相较而言，国内尚未出台相关标准，仍处于起步阶段。在我国加快大数据产业技术标准工作的进程中，产研院作为上海大数据产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长单位及秘书处依托单位，建立大数据标准化专家委员会，将进一步发挥产研院在该领域的国内外专家资源和标准化工作经验，加快推进我国大数据标准工作，从而推进相关产业发展。

On October 30, SITI and Korea Database Agency jointly held “Ceremony for Establishment of SITI Expert Committee for Big Data Standardization and China-Korea Academic Workshop”. Mr. Niu Xiaoming, president of SITI, Mr. Youngduk Lee, president of Korea Database Agency attended the opening. Mr. Sam Soo Son, ex-chair of Korea Data Industry Association, Mr. Wang Xiaoyng, Dean of Computer Science and Technology School, Fudan University, Mr. Li Guangya, vice president of Wanda Information Co Ltd, and other Chinese and Korea experts attended the meeting.

On the meeting, Mr. Niu Xiaoming said that the establishment of the committee received supports from relevant institutions in Korea and universities in Shanghai. The expert committee would organize academic communication, learn advanced standardization experience in the world and construct internationalized, open and leading big data standard organization, so as to lead the big data standardization of Shanghai and the whole country into the frontline of the world. At the same time, the expert committee would construct bridges between researches and industries in the data field so as to propel the growth of Chinese enterprises at the advanced level.

Mr. Youngduk Lee said that Alibaba, Baidu and other Chinese enterprises have been playing very important roles in the world’s data industries and the Chinese government has released the strategic policies for big data development, which is very important to the development of big data industry in China. The establishment of Korea Database Agency is to provide supports towards the data quality and data safety of the relevant industries in Korea and up to now has obtained certain achievements. The joint establishment of expert committee with SITI would further play roles in the propelling of industrialization and standardization in China and Korea.

On the workshop, Mr. Sungjoon Lim, director of Technology cooperation team, Korea Database Agency stated the relevant ISO standardization tendencies for data quality. Dr. Song Jun Dian, researcher at Shanghai Development Center of Computer Software Technology and Mr. Tok Su Park, director of research institute of WareValley introduced big data quality management technologies.

It is said that big data standards is now a research heat point domestically and internationally. Korea has made an early start and has accumulated experience in the big data standardization. Comparatively, China has not issued relevant standards and is still in initial stage of standardization. In the progress of accelerating big data industrial technology standardization, for SITI, Vice Chair of Council, Shanghai Big Data Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and its secretariat unit, the establishment of the Expert Committee for Big Data Standardization would make better use of the international and domestic expert resources of SITI in the field and their standardization working experience, would accelerate the propelling the big data standardization in China as well as the development of the relevant industries.
