Distant and Intelligent ‘Family Doctor’for Equipments

--SITI unites with VTT to propel Industry 4.0 Smart Enterprise System together with leading enterprises in China

During May 30 till June 1st, 2016, SITI and VTT Technical Research Center of Finland co-organized the Workshop on Industry 4.0 Era Smart Enterprise Solution. On the workshop, the collaboration achievement of SITI and VTT together with ZPMC of China on Industry 4.0 Smart Enterprise System -- O&M Analytics was presented to all the participants.

VTT Technical Research Center of Finland is the largest applied technology research center in Northern Europe and one of the international partners of innovation of SITI. The two sides co-organized a joint innovation office at the end of 2014 and in 2016 started the collaboration project of Large Crane Health Monitoring and Smart Decision-Making System and Application Platform so as to be devoted together to providing technology services to the fast development of enterprises in China and to promoting leading-edge technologies and products. The demo presented on the work is the first-phase collaboration achievement.

The participants of the workshop include ZPMC, Shanghai Bearing Research Institute, Shanghai Jinyi Inspection Technology Co Ltd., Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Incorporation, Shanghai Tobacco Machinery Co Ltd., Kumera (China) Co Ltd., Valmet, etc. The organization of the workshop also got strong supports from Management Committee of Jinqiao Development Zone and relevant manufacturing enterprises in Jinqiao also participated the workshop.

During their stay, SITI and the delegation of VTT also visited ZPMC, Shanghai Jinyi Inspection Technology Co Ltd., etc. to carry out deeper discussions, hoping that with union of various innovation partners, we could help enterprise clients to satisfy their needs of production and maintenance with smarter, more efficient and customized methods and provide high quality technology supports to Manufacturing in China.
